I dedicated my post-graduate training and experience to couples counseling work to better serve my clients.
My approach is based on the work of Murray Bowen, who is the father of the field of marriage and family counseling. Current experts in this style and philosophy of therapy include well-known authors David Schnarch and Hal Runkel. The fundamental approach is to always speak to the best in people, for it's always present.
What is the best in us? It is our ability to look ourselves in the eyes and acknowledge our shortcomings—in other words, it is our humility. I know that's not a popular, fun kind of word. But it is the key—the secret—to unconditional, passionate, satisfying love, as many of my clients can attest to.

On a more personal note, I've been married 11 years, a parent to two daughters, and a small business owner—so the journey to create a meaningful life is one that resonates with me. I want you to get the help that you need to find your own meaning in your life and in your relationships, too. Contact me to find out how!
